Notice of Intention to Award

In accordance with the principles of transparency and fairness in public procurement, the Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma Municipality hereby publishes notices of Intention to Award for tenders under consideration.

This section provides stakeholders and interested parties with formal notification of the preferred bidder(s) identified through the bid evaluation process. Each notice includes:

• Bid Number and Description
• Name of the Recommended Bidder
• Evaluation Outcome
• Objection Period Details

All notices are issued in line with Section 49 of the Municipal Supply Chain Management Regulations, and are subject to a mandatory standstill period, during which objections or queries may be submitted in writing.

This process ensures transparency, accountability, and an opportunity for any concerns to be addressed before the final award is confirmed.
